Homemade Yogurt



Ingredients:

1 litre of milk

200 ml of plain yogurt without additives

Instructions:

  1. Mix the milk and yogurt thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottles and cover it loosely without sealing tightly.
  3. Place the bottles into the Cooven FoodEngine and set it to Sous Vide mode at 50°C for 8 hours.
  4. After fermentation, remove the bottles and let it cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Enjoy!
