Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes

Olive oil, as needed

Salt, as needed

Black pepper, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into evenly sized pieces for uniform cooking.
  2. Place the potato chunks in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the Cooven FoodEngine, using “AirCrisp” mode at 205°C.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overlap. Air fry for 30 minutes. 
  5. Roast until golden and crispy on the outside with a soft interior. Remove and serve hot.
