Warranty Duration


Standard Warranty: Each FoodEngine unit comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Commercial Use: The warranty period is limited to 3 months warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing Defects: Repairs for any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.

Component Failure: Repairs or replacements for malfunctioning components that are not caused by external factors.


Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Accidental Damage: Any damage due to mishandling, dropping, or impacts.

Improper Use: Issues arising from using the product in non-recommended ways or unauthorized alterations.

Environmental Damage: Damage from external elements such as water, fire, or natural disasters.


Warranty Claims Process

Report Issue: Contact our Customer Service team with a description and images of the issue.

Assessment: Our service team will assess the issue to confirm eligibility for a warranty claim.

Repair or Replacement: If covered, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the affected part or unit.

Product Delivery: The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the designated Cooven service center. Once the repairs are completed, Cooven will handle the return delivery of the product back to the customer.


Additional Services

Paid Repairs: For out-of-warranty issues or components not covered by the standard warranty, repairs can be arranged for an additional fee.
