Purchase Terms and Conditions

Order & Registration

Only customers aged 21+ may register and make purchases. Registration must be completed truthfully. PT. Innovasi Dapur Indonesia reserves the right to reject registrations or cancel orders due to fraud or inaccurate information.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah and include VAT (PPN), unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery charges and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard for both full and installment payments. Payments are processed securely online. International cards may not be accepted. Orders are only confirmed once full payment is cleared.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 7 business days (excluding pre-orders) to local Indonesian addresses. Shipping fees are applied at checkout. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Refunds & Cancellations

Transactions are non-refundable once processed unless required by law. Refunds may only be considered in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

Product Warranty

Cooven

  • 1-year warranty for domestic use
  • 3-month warranty for commercial use

Thermomix®

  • 2-year warranty for domestic use
  • 1-year warranty for commercial use

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used as instructed in the product manual. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or voltage issues
  • Damage from liquids, chemicals, pests, or natural disasters
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

To retain warranty validity, repairs must be carried out by authorized service personnel of PT. Innovasi Dapur Indonesia.

Workshops, Events & Classes

Eligibility

Studio and hands-on classes are for participants aged 18+. Demonstration classes are open to all ages but children under 12 must be supervised.

Risk Acknowledgement

Participation involves inherent risks. By attending, you release PT. Innovasi Dapur Indonesia and its affiliates from any liabilities for injury or loss.

General Guidelines

  • Closed-toe shoes required
  • Bring proof of booking
  • Arrive 15 minutes early
  • Consent may be requested for photography and marketing
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event

Loss & Damage

Participants are responsible for their belongings and any damage they cause during an event.
