White Toast (1 Loaf, 450g)

Ingredients:
300g bread flour
180g water
30g sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
30g butter
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add water and mix until no dry flour remains. Add softened butter and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth, elastic, and forms a thin membrane when stretched.
2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it proof in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
3. Remove the proofed dough and gently press to release air. Roll the dough into a rectangle, then roll it up from top to bottom, sealing the seam tightly.
4. Place the shaped dough into a loaf tin, cover with plastic wrap, and let it proof again until it fills about 80% of the tin, approximately 45 minutes. Cover with the loaf tin lid.
5. Preheat the Cooven FoodEngine using the Oven mode at 140°C.
6. Place the loaf tin into the Cooven FoodEngine and bake for 40 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven, immediately unmold the loaf, and let it cool on a wire rack to room temperature before slicing and serving.
