BBQ CHICKEN SKEWERS

Main Ingredients:
 2 pcs boneless chicken thigh / breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Marinade Ingredients:
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper
 2 tsp garlic powder
 2 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tsp cumin powder
 2 tbsp light brown sugar
 250 g BBQ sauce 

 Others:
 bell peppers (green, yellow & red), cut into cubes
 skewers (wood or stainless steel)

Cooking Steps:
 1. Mix chicken with all marinade ingredients and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes – 1 hour (or overnight for stronger flavor).
 2. Alternate marinade chicken cubes and colourful peppers on skewers.
 3. Select “BBQ” mode, set 220°c / 5-8 minutes (depending on the size of chicken cubes) and start preheating. 
 4. Place skewers into the inner pot, start BBQ. Flip when prompted on screen. 
 5. Continue to BBQ until “Get Food” display appears.
 6. Brush extra BBQ sauce (optional) for glossy finish. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:
 - Soak wooden skewers in water at least 15-20 minutes to prevent burning.
